The value of the goods in the surreptitious haul of stolen property totaled more than $250,000, according to New York State Police. YONKERS, NY —New York State Police have arrested a 27-year-old New Rochelle man in connection with a brazen crime akin to highway robbery. Kelvin Garcia Liriano, of New Rochelle, was charged with three felony counts of grand larceny 2nd degree. Troopers said that on April 17, Liriano allegedly stole three semi-trailers of consumable goods from the tandem lot located on the NYS Thruway, I-87 northbound, in the city of Yonkers.
