A caller told police he was overdosing and that he was with three others who were also overdosing and unconscious. NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A tragedy in Westchester County has left three people dead and a fourth in critical condition. On Saturday, shortly before 2:45 p.m., New Rochelle police got a call from a man reporting that he was possibly overdosing and that he was with three others who were also overdosing and unresponsive. The caller was disoriented and did not know where he was, but New Rochelle Police Department dispatchers were able to ping his cell phone and tracked his location to 50 Fountain Place downtown.
